A Letter from Recoda to Customers (Including Spring Festival Holiday Notice)

2024 has passed, we sincerely appreciate your support in 2024!

Over the past year, the RECODA team visited five countries - Brazil, Vietnam, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. We met with our local clients and had in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding future cooperation.

This year, we helped our clients complete over 30 government projects and numerous other projects. The industries involved include construction, security, power, railways, and so on.

Our most highly praised 4G product is the M530 body camera, and the new M508 has also won the favor of many customers.

In 2025, we are about to launch new 5G law enforcement cameras, helmet-mounted 4G law enforcement cameras, and more models of dashcameras and Mobile DVRs.

Although the data transmission speed of 4G body camera is already relatively fast, 5G body camera devices can upload,download, and share data such as high-definition videos and images even more quickly. This enables law enforcement officers to obtain and transmit critical information more promptly on the scene,thereby enhancing the efficiency of incident handling. Additionally, 5G body camera are equipped with cameras of higher resolution. Even in extremely low-light environments, they can clearly record every detail, providing strong evidentiary support for the law enforcement process.

As the industry progresses, our innovation will not stop. Actively understanding our customers' needs and providing helpful solutions from their perspective has always been the tenet of our customer service.

The Spring Festival is approaching, RECODA will be onholiday from January 23 to February 4,2025.

During the holiday period, our online services will remain available and can accept orders, but production resumes post-holiday, in order sequence.
